System Configuration

Hello Polycount memebers,
Glad to reach you all. I'm working as a character artist so far and I think its time to upgrade my work station. Though I'm very weak in understanding as what will be the best fit equipment to support me on my job, so I need your help, please suggest me.
I have been working so far on a laptop, but its not better anymore as the screen size and the up gradation is limited. It also says I cant use substance because my graphics is out dated. I would like to know what will be best config. for running substance painter, zbrush, maya.
