trouble loading images

hello,
i'm having trouble downloading/loading images when i'm on my web browser (chrome/firefox). 80% of the time images load fine, but the rest of the time i get images that look like this

(weird noise)
im also having trouble downloading big files (for example i couldn't download the recent quixel suite 2.0 1.3 gb release, had to resort to download from my tablet)
i have no trouble loading videos or downloading files from torrents
my only guess right now would be my usb dongle or some sort of network setting i have
EDIT: reinstalled drivers on my usb wifi device. thanks anyways Eric.
