Maya Problem, cant select multiple Objects at once

Hi there,

i have a really annoying Problem with Maya 2016.

I cant select multiple objects at once anymore. I already deleted the Prefs, but nothing changes. Single selection works and also shift-clicking for multiple objects. But i cant hold down left mouse button for multiple selection of objects anymore.  So the Marquee-Selection doesnt work anymore for Polygon-Objects.
The thing is, this still works for anything else than Polygon Objects...like Curves, or the Camera.

Hey there...the Problem is caused by the new Crimson Drivers of AMD...well who would have guessed that. All Fixed...Hope this helps others with the same Problem!

i am having the same problem in maya 2015 and windows 10. What graphics card are you using.

How did you end up fixing it, @Daves ? Did you just update the driver? did you regress your driver?

Hey i didnt see the post update, sry i completly deleted ALL amd drivers and reinstalled it....overwriting didnt work! i have a 7970 ghz edition. But all AMD cards have this problem. Just install older drivers and it works again.
