2D Stone Texture

Hello all,
I made a hand-painted stone/rock texture in Photoshop and I was wandering if I could please get some feedback on it and how I can improve. It's pretty basic but any advice would be great. Many thanks!!

It needs grain, sharp and blunt corners. Did you use a photo ref?

I sort of used ref, but I didnt really follow anything in particular. So more sharpness and a variation in the smooth stones. I'll mess around with it more and see how it looks, cheers
