Zbrush, creating lower sub-d levels & Tris to Quads

Hi! I'm working on a bust in Zbrush, I used dynamesh to get started with it. It is around 100k points now and I have to go back to a lower level of subdivison. I tried "reconstruct subdiv" in Geometry but it doesn't work because of triangles. "Merge triangles" doesn't do anything either.
Is there a way to remove the triangles quickly or an other easy way to make lower subdivision levels for a high polygonal mesh?
