Modo - can I extrude without clicking once on screen?

When I activate extrude tool (from menu or Shift X) in Modo, I would need to click once in the 3D view for it to activate and show me the manipulator. Is there a way I can bypass that? I want the manipulator to show right away, because as a Tablet user, clicking once is quite difficult. Very often I ended up moving the extruded elements a little bit in the direction I didn't want to.

Any tips appreciate. Thanks.

Right click the tool in the toolpipe, and turn on "auto activate".

I'm sorry, where can I find this Toolpipe? I found the help page but it doesn't say how I can get to it.

Bottom right hand corner of the UI, under Lists > Pipeline (toolpipe was what it was called in older versions of modo)

I believe there's also an option for auto activating tools in 901, in the preferences menu.
