Help making small script

Hey there, I'm trying to figure out how to relocate some bones and a skinned mesh via script. I've done it successfully manually, but am not sure how to do it with a script. I basically just need to move the items at the bottom up into the groups I'm pointing at. I have zero coding experience, but don't think it should be too hard for someone that knows whats up. Thanks ahead of time, I'm sure there's some wizard out there that can make it go.
