Looking for animator/rigger/combositing(PAID)

looking for someone who can rig animate and combosite creatures for Real life enviroments,
LOW quality rigging and animating will do just fine, the combositing needs to be just litle bit better than average.
THe project is several short lenght videos around 30 seconds each
there is a good chanse that we can make good money out of it
earnings will be shared 50-50
