Zbrush 4R6 - issues with New From Poly Paint

I was taking a look at this tutorial video from Joseph Drust ([ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9xeUfsPkBXA[/ame])

I had no trouble with creating UVs of the subtool using the method in the video, but when I went to create a texture map from my poly paint it is only grabbing about 30% of the entire head. I am a little stumped as to why this happening and was hoping that maybe the good people of polycount might have a clue. HELP! :)
