Materials missing on FBX import?

For one of my projects I am working on creating a city, which uses buildings with various materials assigned to different parts of the structure.

As of late though the FBX export of the city layout does not include all the material definitions when brought into Unity (in particular the two buildings shown with the red arrows). I tried an export from Maya, Max, and Blender and all result in the same situation within Unity.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this?
