Workaround: Drawing bug. Photoshop + 3do

Hey Quixel Team, Thanks for the weekly updates.

I Have an issue with painting in Photoshop while quixelsuite is open.
Everytime i want to draw on a texture or something, there are strange lines coming fome the side window and wandering all over the layer to the point i am drawing. It happens every 10th to 15th time i continue painting on the layer with the brush.

In the photo, you can see the problem. I want to draw a black spot, but there are lines coming from the side. The problem disappears, when i close quixelsuite

Thank you dome1812 for the report,

This is a known issue with PS & 3DO, and it can be avoided by setting 3DO to Topmost in the options dropdown in the SUITE toolbar. This is not an ideal solution and we are hoping to solve this ASAP.

Hi, Im having this problem. I'm using CS 6 with the Quixel 2.2. setting 3do to topmost did not help

Sorry to necro an old thread, but this forum post is the first result in my google search for this exact bug.  Have there been any developments on squashing this bug?  I just made the jump from old nDO and 3DO was the reason why.  lol.

This is the third time it's been reported to us in about two years. I'd need some additional information in order to help diagnose what's causing it. Your system specifications, a video of it in action, etc.
