I don't know if your are following the concept at 100%, but I have one or two things I can say :
-On your model the hull is longer than the barrel, on the concept it's the other way around and it looks more balanced imo. (Just googled modern tanks, and it's often the case, it can look more believable to do the same on your model )
-On the concept the hull on top of the front ''wheels'' have more rounded shapes, you can do the same to break the "clunkiness" of the overall model.
yours looks a lot longer than the concept, I think you could chub it up quite a bit. Even if you're not trying to match 100% I think it would look nicer that way.
I have worked on the size or the gun compared to the hull and i think i got a better understanding of the shapes also have been working on adding more derail and plating exc.
Apart from the back I actually really like the design changes you made. I'd make the base of the tank under the gun tower thingy a lot stronger though in the back, to support that massive firepower. Good progress though, keep it up!
Hard to see the scaling.
1. The smoothing between tower and the rest is very different. The tank doesnt look like one unit.
2. No vertikal armor segment! The lower tower segment is wrong in every modern way and a great weakpoint.
In general the tower design is very "Retro" and not modern with many weakpoints.
This is looking bad-ass! On the first maybe consider having a few blue emissive areas? Usually Railgun blasts are a blue-y colour so it might be cool to have other illuminated blue parts on it.
I'm probably a little late to the party here too, but looking at the mechanical design of the turret, how does it move up and down to aim higher and lower respectively? It looks like it can rotate around but not move up/down. :P

Good luck

Here a example of a modern tower.

Looking forward to seeing the finished piece.
but here is how the textures are looking now
