GDC- 2015, Need a housemate for a week?

Hey guys.
I'm sure there are many people hitting GDC next year, i'll be flying over from across the pond for it as well.
But i was wondering if anybody would mind having a house/room guest for the week? I don't mind chipping in on the weeks rent, and i pay for my own food and stuff.
My only stipulation is that the sofa/bed i'm sleeping on will be considered the sovereign ground of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, i will be bringing a flag to denote the ground as such. I also take milk in my tea, and know how to bake a proper scone.
So, any takers?
