3DS Max - 2015 - Crashing Flash Plugin?

Hey to all,
I was wondering if anyone knew a way to disable Flash from affecting 3DS Max or if there was a plugin I should delete?
The reason is, it seems like the latest version of Max is influenced by Flash, so whenever I need to force restart Flash after it crashes or Max crashes, or Firefox crashes, it will 'dump' a copy of 3DS Max in my memory, and it will keep on growing in terms of RAM usage (in under 10 minutes, it can grow to 2GB of RAM).
Not only that, but you also can't end the process, like AT ALL. Not even with elevated Admin privileges, and a restart will actually freeze the PC and force to hard reboot.
