Maya PhysX DCC tools only windows only?

I am posting here because it seems nvidia devtalk forum is a semi ghost town. I downloaded the PhysX DCC tools for maya 2014. it's a msi file. I am running OSX. I am thinking I can't install it on OSX. Am I wrong? Is there any other way to do Apex Cloth rigging on OSX?
