We need people with at least 2 years of experience in the industry as a character artist (or amazing portfolio)
Enough hours per day to do the tasks (discussed through contract)
Follow our outsourcing manager and character artist lead feedbacks
Have keen eyes to detail
Great human and creature anatomy skills
Realistic cloth sculpting
Marvelous Designer a plus
Lowpoly modeling and baking skills
Maya and Zbrush preferred
Have a desire and open to self improvement
