My number one criticism is that the textures are way too high contrast. Unlit textures like this feel a lot better when they're very softly lit, composed mainly of midtones. You've got a lot of whites and blacks in the texture and it's just causing a huge amount of visual noise.
You could also toy around with putting some light green moss on the rooftiles here and there to give it a sense of use/age. Maybe look at adding a row of larger stones/bricks at the bottom of the house all the way around, like foundation stones. Similar to how this does it, but no where near as exaggerated (sorry I couldn't find a better example)!
I like the new roof, but I think it could stand to be pushed more. It's clearly old and falling apart but the tiles still appear to look fresh and new.
You may want to desaturate them a little here and there. Maybe chip some paint off?

You were totally right, thanks for your input
Done some gras and moss improvements too.
Prefer the Screenshot, light set in maya needs some tweaking.
Maybe I should threw in some highlited shingles and some colorvariation.

I hope I got you, what do you think?
Using some gradients and color variations will help to push it further as well.
Here is an example of what I'm talking about.
They have made a ton of really awesome buildings on their site.
Next I'll bring in some green plants, the fundament stone and corner bricks.
Should start the next project, put way too much effort in this.
Thanks for the feedback so far, appreciate it.
