Unity Asset Store not Working need help

Hi guys,
well whenever I try to launch my unity asset store i get a window saying that I am offline when I am clearly connected to internet. it looks something like the attached image, does anyone know how to fix this problem I've tried everything from messing with my anti virus settings to uninstalling windows updates. nothing seems to work?

Try checking your firewall isn't blocking Unity's internet access, that there's no VPN servers running, or you're accessing via proxy - these commonly cause issues letting Unity connect out to the asset store from inside Unity.

To check you're not behind a proxy try the following:
press the Start button in Windows and search for "configure proxy server"
go to LAN settings
uncheck the box next to Proxy Server
