Hi all!
I've been working for a little while now on a hand painted art nouveau temple that features paintings hanging on the walls and a big statue (or two). I've taken a lot of reference from Alphonse Mucha and I'm hoping to create his style of paintings in both 3D and 2D. Fingers crossed it all goes to plan! Crits and feedback are more than welcome!

I've been mostly trying to get the temple area right recently. I grabbed a bunch of UDK rocks to block out the scale, as well as get the approach to the final area right. I've been trying to get the scale and atmosphere right. It's all still very messy though.
Comments and crits more than welcome! Not really liking the bottom two images all that much - everything's too sterile in the first and too flowery in the second.
Could you show us some wires for some of the models? I'm thinking it's a little wonky based on a few things I'm noticing with the pillars. The wood textures are really cool, finish them up and drop them on what ever they're supposed to go on That (I think) tiling ground texture is REALLY washed out.
I recommend just hammering out one solid piece at a time until you get comfortable with the process and achieve the final look you want. Once you get that, you can start doing passes on everything to help evolve the scene.
