Modeling Timelapses?

Are there any uses for modeling time lapses? I'm not thinking for tutorials as I've found out the footage is to long and to fast for that; purely for enjoyment and sharing of ideas.

But do people watch them of have any interest in watching them? Does anyone have any experience in sharing timelapses?

Is there a better alternative if I am looking to create modeling timelapses?

I watch them occasionally, or put them up at work and let people think im working...

I like this one. They can give a glance at other people's workflows. Every once in a while I see something that makes me go wait, what? That's a much easier way to do that.

I sometimes watch them to see how others do certain things. Everybody has a different way of modeling and you may actually learn a couple new techniques.
