How can I unchamfer multiple chamfers?

Does anybody have a quick and smart way to unchamfer multiple chamfered areas without going in to select and delete the edges I want to remove?

I have a script which helps me select chamfered areas, but I still can't find a quick way to deselect the looped edges and keep the ring edges selected.

I have a model with about 500 areas like this, if not more. So going in and doing this manually will take hours and hours of time..

RappaTools has an unChamfer tool built in, though it's not free.

SyncViews was also working on an unchamfer script a few years ago, but I'm not sure if that ever got released.

I've had an unbevel script available for free for a few years now. I just dont have a nice site for it so I guess its hard to find.

It's still going to be a pain for you to select all the edges you need to select. This only help with the unbevel part and not the selection part.
