zBrush Polypaint to Texture weird problem

Edit: Typical, 10m later I solved it.

Appearently zBrush just really likes to hate on my. After cutting part of the eyes geo, importing that and then replacing it with the uncut lowpoly, it suddenly doesn't do that anymore.

Hey folks,

so I just spend the better half of an hour trying to figure out what the hell is going on. I went and cleaned up the UV of the eyes of my character (other ones were quite terrible to work with later on in case adjustments are needed). I went ahead and created a new texture from my polypaint and suddenly I have this problem:

It shows on the eyes in zBrush as well when I turn the texture map on, loads of edges everywhere along where the polygons on the lowpoly are.

Any suggestions?
