Sketchbook:Sinusoid

Decided to joint in and get a sketchbook thread to keep me motivated and obliged to draw stuff, post stuff, and grind the remnants of skills I have. Hope to update it as often as possible. Crits and bashing are very welcome, bring it on, I have a thick skin.
Biggest problems I see now:
1. workflow. I sketch fast, and then things start to take longer and longer. Refining is a huge problem for me, I keep on redesigning things in the final stages of work
2. not enough life studies, stuff becomes stylized or shapeless
3. defaulting to certain shapes and compositions, lack of variety
4. more artsy approach, less industry-standard. I like this, but won't get the bills paid, so has to go bye bye. I'll miss you.
5. focused on modelling and drawing, still noob at texturing and animation.
I use Blender for 3D work, and MyPaint for drawing.
Stuff from today and yesterday, each is between 15 and 30 minutes:
