Hello folks. THis is a 2D traditional drawing question.

How would I transfer a cube in two point perspective further into the distance but still remain the same proportions as the first cube. So both cubes are the same dimensions however one is farther away.

Now the trick here is I can use the forshortening trick if it's on the same plane leading to the VP's. But what if it's not? What if it's further back and on the other side of the canvas and elevated?

I realize this is a advanced topic and hard to convey in a post without pictures. But I imagine any experienced artist would be dealing with this issue constantly and might be able to point me in the right directions.
