I finally went ahead and joined here. Name's Hector, I go by Hec. I've been around the industry for some years and posting stuff in many places in the interwebs... so far I had only lurked here so I'm hereby making my presence known.
The following is a dump of recent stuff and some stuff from last year, not all of it video games since I do lots of work for miniatures, but here it goes.

@JadeEyePanda - I don't really know of a way to test weighting, since these are all minis (Spidey isn't printed so far) they usually get glued to a standard base by the hobbyists so any balance issues are often dealt with then. Other than that I try keep a believably balanced pose too.
This here is a tutorial I put together a while back on some of my approaches for work on minis, it assumes some level of understanding zbrush which from the amazing work posted I think most people here already have:
