Hi 2nd time poster looking comments and suggestions on how to improve and also what to improve, started out as something for fun for my brother and then eventually became something of an exercise in getting a likeness

Really creepy . One thing that sticks out to me is the cheeks and their dimple overlaps don't seem to match your reference. I'm not sure if that was on purpose though.

thanks having difficulty in that area, and made and approximation still working on it the reference i used for the overall feel were these





and the other references were for the wrinkles and such

Things that I can point out, his eyes are too big, and you should try to follow that leaf shape of the eyelids. The ears are too low and too small. maybe you can also bring the laughlines closer to the nose.

Pull up your references behind Zbrush and use the "See-through" slider in the upper right hand corner.

Start pushing your proportions around to better match.
