Topology couuld definitely use redoing, such as those at the shoulders/deltoids, knees, etc. I'm sure they've told you to just "add more edgeloops" in places where it'll bend, but you also have to make accomadations for it in specific ways. Check the Polycount Wiki for methods on how to do that.
The legs look great.
The material definition seems lacking. I feel like you just coated the diffuse map with paint and then left it alone.

normaly i do more environment stuff so i dont know very much about topology for characters but next time making a character i will make it better. And yes the Texture isnt the best but i also tried to keep it more cartoony so i didnt added much details. Maybe i will polish the texture when i have enough time.
