(3DS Max) Modular issue

Hey guys, the title really sais it all but the thing is.. Eveything else on my texture sheet lines up perfectly. It just doesnt make sense.

    check the option called "precise u/v" I think it's when importing the model.

    Also it looks like your seam is on a flat surface, your probably going to get some lighting error along that joint. Build the ridge that separates the windows into the module so it's like this

    /      \_____________   /      \_____________
    
    That way your lighting edges will be along a natural edge and look better. Or you could break it down like this
    ___               ___.___             ___
       \_____________/       \___________/
    
    when the . is a new detail model to cover the edge.
