The specular seems off in some places. The wood seems way too shiny and glossy, almost looks like metal. I'd think more about what parts are going to scrape against other parts and put marks in there to show its been used. Theres a grease stain on the handle of the gun which is a little random. The person's hand would rub stuff like that off and make that area very worn and polished or atleast with dirt thats more smeared across it.
Why is there so much damage on the scope and not as much the rest of the gun? It seems like its half used and half new right now.
The wood is varnished, so it's one of the glossiest parts. I like the interaction between the worn parts and the gloss. Maybe I could bring it down a bit though. There are no stains on the handle, that's just a patch where the varnish has rubbed off - looks darker because of the lighting from that angle.
For the wear and tear I basically looked at real dragunovs. The receiver tends to be quite resilient while the scope and wood parts pick up a lot of scratches. I could probably take a few scratches off the scope though.
