This is good start man.
From the profile side it looks like your nose is too close to the cheeks almost on the same level so move your cheeks back or work on your nose. Also eyes are probably a bit too far apart. Your jaw is also probably a bit too wide and in general i love to see the outer corner of the eyebrows being a bit raised. I am also uploading couple of images that you can use to narrow down your mistakes...hopefully.
The best thing you can do is to get a real good reference- 3d.sk or similar site, with all the different angles and just start looking at it and try to match it. I hope you have one if you don't go and get one. Good luck man.
The overall skull is much larger than the face, watch the proportions along the top, back and leading into the neck. Brow could use some more definition, and the cheekbones move very abruptly towards the mouth.
