Textools (3dsmax issue?)

I never thought i would ask forms something as simple as this.
But i recently got a new computer at work, and im trying to install Textools for 3dsmax 2010.

However, i cant seem to drag and drop the mzp file into the viewport like normal. Instead i get a icon that resembles a stop sign or something. Anyhow i cant drag and drop anything into the viewport.

Does anyone know of any alternative way to install textools or is there a way to fix this issue?

Im on Windows 7 64bit by the way.

Maybe you need Administrator-level control of the OS.

I had the same problem. I ran 3DsMax in administrator mode by default because of the problems you can have with the xoliul shader if you don't. This has one disadvantage: you can't drag and drop stuff in your max (like obj, fbx files etc) this also includes scripts. Just run your max without administrator rights and drag and drop it in, then make sure you put admin back on. Worked for me, and I hope it will for you. Good luck!

Also .mzp files are just renamed .zip files so you can open them in winrar, 7zip, bla bla bla... extract the files and put them where they need to go, which is normally self explanatory, scripts go into the scripts folder, UI/Icons in the UI/Icons folder.
