If you're into splinecaging with Max, then you might have run into the fact that you can't fuse lots of vertex groups within a range just like you can with the weld function. In that case the script below comes in handy (not to confuse with the Threshold function in the Surface modifier). But beware: in some cases in might…
Hey currently I'm trying to sort through this piece of code that I've edited from one of @Ojah 's old posts. fn F_moveUV movePos = ( if selection.count >= 1 do ( SEL = selection as array for i = 1 to SEL.count do ( print SEL[i] objMod = SEL[i].modifiers[#unwrap_uvw] objMod.unwrap2.faceToVertSelect() print objMod vArray =…
STL Check is a modifier you can place over the top of your lowpoly for instance, to check if you have left open edges, multiple edges, double faces. It also highlights where these areas are and I use it as a last step before unwrapping and then before export.
Hi, I have already test this... Stich or weld point one by one... and nothing :( ohhh Wait ! I have check with "STL check" and I had "multiple edge" >___> my bad sorry to have bothering you All is clear =D Now I'm happy ^^

Nah, just some janky geo. I made that quick in solidworks one day so it has some overlapping face/vert issues. I need to run a dynamesh over the STL one of these days to get clean geo. Or stop being a lazy shit and actually model it :D
