Polycount to me is what college should have been. Polycount is the catalyst that aspiring 3d artists need to break into whatever industry they are trying to get in to.
Google 3ds Max Normal Map baking...there are myriads of tutorials to find...some of them here on Polycount...also have a look at the Polycount Wiki...should be helpfull, too.
Bit of an update. I left Wayfair in September, now at Darmstadt Graphics Group, doing 3D software development. Relying heavily on my gamedev roots. Great reading through the replies here, thanks all. I'm till hanging around Polycount, you can't get rid of me lol.
