Place the file in the dropbox public folder. Right click on the file in the public folder. Dropbox -> copy Public link. It has to be in the public folder if you wish to share it.

That is correct, custom folders are not supported at this time so you'll have to pick one of the predefined folders. Support for custom user folders is something we plan to consider in a future version.
your objects folder needs to be in the Game folder (or GameSDK, no idea why you have two different ones). Check the system.cfg file for the specified game folder :)

Nope, you need to go to the Pixelogic/Zbrush/ZStartUp folder. The brush .ZBP goes into the brush presets folder, and the alpha goes into the alphas folder. Should be availaible to you on startup after that.
