Loading normalmap in photoshop is grayscale.
Hey guys I was trying to crate a large texture map for a house and I wanted to make sure all the textures are in the same file but when I load the normal map into photoshop it's gray. I suppose the displacement and roughness are both not correct either. Is there a specific process to loading all of them into photoshop?… -
Photoshop breaking normal map
Modelling something simple in Max. Baked well, but if I apply the TGA directly after baking then it looks fine, but once I open it in Photoshop then save it back out as a TGA it looks terrible. Directly from bake From Photoshop I've tried inverting the channels and stuff but it only makes it look worse. -
Photoshop and ESC
So I have had this problem for a while and its really starting to annoy me. When I got Photoshop open (CS3), my ESC doesn't work outside of Photoshop, unless I use Shift+ESC, which is quite frankly annoying. Photoshop Save File Type Problem
Anyone ever had the issue where they lost the ability to save as certain file types in Photoshop? I'm using Photoshop CS3, and I can no longer save files as PNGs or TGAs or an assortment of other types. -
contrast issue in photoshop

Photoshop stopped opening alpha channels from dds.
I have a weird problem with photoshop that I probably caused by accidentily ramming some hotkey combo or something like that. Since a week or so when I open a dds in photoshop it opens the alpha channel as transparency instead of as an alpha channel. At first I thought it was just something unique to fallout 4's dds files…
