Ok, so they make such a big secret about the unreal engine 4 ? :-) I mean it would be good to know or see if there are any differences between the newest version of cryengine and unreal engine 4. I just read that cryengine claims, that they're engine alreday uses all the technology which are new in unreal engine 4.... ?

There's no free SDK for Unreal Engine 4, on the Unreal engine website there is a form you can fill out and submit to request access to UE4 for development.
