Thanks for the kind words guys! I really appreciate it! @jeffro: You mean on the alley shot? Then yeah, I had some problems with lightmaps not displaying at full resolution sometimes. I will look into that. Thanks! @Serith: You might be right, I'll check it out! :)
I'm excited to be posting for the first time: this is an asset (the HOBO Shopping Cart) that I worked on which is a byproduct of a bigger dark alley scene done with 9 other Artists this year. I'm still relatively inexperienced but look forward to posting more work as I hammer them out:
Easy solution, increase the low range and people won't have to venture inside buildings or dark alleys. I don't understand how the developers didn't see that one coming though, when the app launched people would always mention that it could easily be used to mug kids.
Fuck you guys :poly118: I'm calling someone out to finish their awesome 3D rendition of Gordon Freeman - on a forum about 3D ART WORK. Craaaazy!!!! I'll be in the back alley if you pansies want to continue this discussion with your fists. You're all banned. Etc. :poly106:

killingpeople: thank you much. saiainoshi: thank you for that link, some very kool stuff! and it's right up my alley :) here's a little update not much going on really. Base layout of the scene and a block out of the hovel. Any help with guide the over all direction would be great!!!!
Don't really care if it breaks the original lore a bit. If it's a good game it's a good game. Attaching it to the LOTR universe kind of helps with initial interest to new players. I watched a lot of videos today and had to buy it. It looks right up my alley. Hunting some orc tonight!
Maybe you should elaborate before you get ignored, aesir ;) The idea being you guys want a quick way to see if threads are up your alley or not, and this would do that. It just wouldn't feed the 'ego' aspect of WAYWO discussed earlier. Again, though, its just an idea.
This seems up your alley, honestly working through these videos would help you a ton. https://www.youtube.com/user/FZDSCHOOL/videos Artist studies are invaluable if your actually applying the correct techniques and thinking about why you're making your marks and to what end.
