The first stable release, with a all new GTK interface and tablet support was released today.
As usual this works only on Linux, but a Windows port is now getting a lot closer (and is beeing worked on) since GTK is available for Windows too.

True, even i have to admit the gui of the app is nasty. But its still an early version of the app, maybe some polycounters should give the makers some feedback for the gui.
Well, there's a Windows version in the works, it seems. We'll just have to wait before we can try it and give feedback :P
I've tried using it several times. I thought I was getting the Windows version, but it simply will not install. Even with GTK.

I mistook 'binary' for 'windows binary' at first too, since you don't usually see (or notice?) pre-compiled linux binaries unlabled as to what they're compiled for (Ie. .rpm's, debian...), but alas:
