University - 3D Artist Course Requirements

I'm a 16 year old high school student and I'm looking for university courses that offer 3d design/3d animation or anything of the sort on mostly the artistic side. I was just curious as to what course I should take and what the requirements of such a course would be in general.

Thanks for any help. For all I know I might be asking in the wrong place but I have to start somewhere right?
