Hi! I’m an experienced Unity developer looking to form a small remote team to create and release our own commercial indie game.
I have over 15 years of game-development experience, primarily as a programmer, lead developer and project lead. I’ve worked on released indie titles, high-profile mobile projects and many other commercial games and applications. I also have experience with production, art direction, team management, publishing, marketing and the business side of releasing games.
I’ll be responsible for technical leadership, production, organization, publishing, marketing coordination and the project’s agreed direct expenses. I’ll also be actively developing the game.
The goal is deliberately practical:
The intended direction is a visually distinctive, stylized 3D game built in Unity, with a strong character or movement-based gameplay hook. I’m interested in colorful, playful and adventurous games rather than realistic violence, horror or conventional shooters. The exact concept will be developed together, although I’ll take responsibility for final production and scope decisions.
I’m currently interested in experienced people covering areas such as:
Versatile generalists are especially welcome.
Core collaborators are expected to receive approximately 10–20% revenue share each, depending on their role, responsibility, time commitment, experience, and long-term involvement.
A separate share pool will be reserved for smaller or later specialist roles such as audio, animation, technical art, QA, additional development, and marketing.
Exact allocations, vesting, expenses, ownership terms, and the handling of publisher or external funding will be agreed in writing before substantial development begins.
I’m looking for people with several years of meaningful experience, a strong portfolio and ideally at least one released title. Reliability and the ability to work efficiently within a deliberately small scope are essential.
