[PAID] [FILLED] Mesh, Rigging, Blend Shapes, Animations needed for Avatar in Unity3D

We have one of two models that have already been created that need to be modified for our needs:

1) Head needs to be separated. Either a separate mesh or a separate material. As long as the skin is still connected properly when it's visible for sake of animations
2) Take out existing weapons and props
3) Blend Shapes for eyes and mouth. Attached screenshot of simple (8) and complex (15) blend shapes

4) Humanoid Rig. Y-to-child, Z-forward setup (Our models are mostly rigged, but may need adjustments)
5) Localized hand animations for each hand individually. Wrist is root, but wrist should not be animated. Wrists will be moved/rotated by us. 
1: Idle
2: Idle to Grab
3: Grab to Idle
4: Idle to Point
5: Point to Idle

Possibly:
6) Idle to Peace Sign
7) Peace Sign to Idle
8) Idle to Middle Finger
9) Middle Finger to Idle
10) Idle to Thumbs Up
11) Thumbs Up to Idle

So either 5 animations for simple, or 11 animations for complex.
Should be used with Avatar Masks. As long as animations are mad properly we should be able to integrate the hands: https://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/topics/animation/avatar-masks
