@Eleszar1 yah it's easy to fall on your forearm instead on your wrist when you fall foward, when you fall backward and worry about hitting your head on ice its harder not to instinctively get your hands out to protect yourself
Cool board! I got all equipped this year myself in the hope of really doing this snowboard thing more often (started last year)
I took a tiny fall a month ago, broke the fall with on wrist, fractured it in the process.
Might have been my last time u…
Didn't have the time to get into the body and I'm not the greatest at paintover but here's some suggestions I had about the face.

@pior is correct, I was referring to freelancer.com, not all freelancers, sorry for the confusion. I have a lot of respect for freelancers, and I've done it myself. I'm not sure what the quality would be if I had paid more, but after this, I don't t…
Too Long, Didn't Read: If you want something done right, don't use freelancer
<< that's frankly upsetting to read as someone who as been working professionally as a freelance artist for couple of years. The quality of the work done goes with the pri…
-Don't worry about your work being good away, the learning is in the process
-Accept your flaws and focus on trying to find ways to improve upon those

There is multiple reason for you to feel like this is looking odd.
First the hand should be palm facing down, and not forward.
The connection between the arm and the body also looks odd because of how short the torso is.

I wanted to write before but I didn't have the time until now.
I wouldn't start on the detailing just know, you definitly still have issues with the face.
A lot comes down to the planes of the face once again, you can definitly see some are wro…
Very interesting style you went for here.
Definitly unusual and original.
The topology definitly needs more work tho. The shoulder area looks extremely odd, so does the chin-mouth and nose area in particular
@bounchfx Hm, good question. I just never heard anything much from them since 2012 and even getting ahold of them when I had issue with my licenses was harder than it should. I just figured that they had stopped the topogun project all together. I a…
@VividSombre I personally use topogun for topology but 3d coat is also pretty great, the only plus side to 3d coat is that at least the software is still being improved and updated, while topogun is no longer being updated and so it is harder to get…
I don't use 3d coat as a main program, but it is a great software for retopology and texture painting (if you are into that kind of stuff)
I haven't used all the new fancy pbr stuff in 3d coat, tbh I am not that interested in it but it seems decent …
So sorry, such a Late response to all the messages, I though I would get to do my posed model before the holidays so I was waiting to answer to all this but this is getting a bit too long.

Check on 3dhub.com if there is any interesting hub in your area.
I think it's nice because you can support printer owner and your region and you can get estimate from different type of machine, material etc.
Definitly agree with dustin,
A lot of people who are struggling to land studio gig see going freelance as a last resort option, a plan B.
Thing is, freelance is a LOT of work and requires you to have the skills and the maturity of someone who aldrea…
Bumping this thread again because I'm going to be available starting on february 3 for some new freelance work.
