Intro

Everyone's favourite building toy has come to quake2 and for cheap molded plastic, he's kicking ass.

Originality

Lego in quake. Its been tried before, but never completed without a lost legal battle. Lets hope the toy giants dont take harshly on this yellow dude.

The Model

Model rocks. Looks exactly like the original bricks. However there is a huge error with the weapon.md2- Its a huge cube that engulfs the entire model. If a skin is linked the lego man looks stupid and if one isnt you get null skin errors on the weapon. The only solution I can see is to make a blank md2 file, link a skin to it and replace the existing weapon.md2 with this file.

Score: Eight

The Animations

The animations are fun, funky and funny only thing in the way of a perfect 5 here is that in animations such as the jump, Paul hasn't moved the model vertically so it will clip crates, and in other animations bits fall through the floor.

Score: Eight

The Skin

The skin is adequit though very simple, could have looked a lot better.

Score: Six
