Intro

AAAAAAAYYYY!!!!

It's the one, the only, The Fonz. You remember the guy who could kick start a jukebox with his elbow, the man who any and all women flocked to. Well now you get to blast him into quakey kibble with The Fonz PPM. I am a Television advocate and I love quake2 so when ever anyone makes it where I can change TV with my computer I love it.

The Model

This model is one of the best human male models I've seen. He is nicely proportioned and has a "let's kill everyone" stance that quake2 was made for. There are a couple issues about his body shape though. In real life Arthur Fonzerelli aka The Fonz had a slim yet muscular body shape in the model he has a wide boxy shape to him. If this model were of, say , a New York brawler it would get a perfect five but, as the Fonz it does a inadequate job of portraying him, so I give it 4 1/2 stars.

Score: Nine

The Animations

The animations on this model are nicely done, and have that Fonzie touch to them but...there are some things I really didn't like about some of the animations. For instance, in the stand animation he moves his whole body where he could move his head more than his body, And he has a mediocre flip animation, the one time Fonzie could be Fonzie and he does a gun twirl..that alone zapped half a star to me. other than those problems he has some nice animations. I like his taunt where he does the spin, it is "cool" He has unique death animations where he stumbles then dies...I liked that.

Score: Nine

The Skin

The skins are the only point of the model that I wanted to check into..As I also skin, so I wanted to see how Mark worked them. He did the setup basically easy so that even starting skinners could see how and where the parts were lined up. It's like a basic id skin moved around to make rooms for extras. The one thing that I took half a star off for is the 25% wasted space..it could be a little less with some work. Now about the skins that came with the model..they are...umm well lacking...they need more of a realistic touch to them. He looks sort of like a cartoon mixed with a human...

Score: Seven

Sounds

So far, there are no know sound packs for the Fonz, so any of you people with some good Fonzie wav's you should get to work on a pack! :)

Visible Weapons Support

There is no current VWep support built directly into the model.

Pack Inclusion

AAAAYY!! The Fonz model is going to be included in the next pack easily. And to tell the truth , there should be more TV. stars in quake2 :)
