Hey, I love the sky and the leaves / bushes looks great, but I feel a bit dizzy looking at the image. It's hard to know what I am looking at, is it an island or a mountain?
The stone blocks on top of the tower could be a bit thicker and I would suggest to find a focal point, something that sticks out and grabs your attention, playing with colors are great for that.
as far as the scales, don't try to render every single one of them, suggest them in areas of lesser attention, and then put more love on the one that could help you define a focus point.
