I am currently in the process of relighting this sci fi bunk scene; I am going for an 80s cyberpunk style; trying my best to use dark contrast along with pinks, blues, and greens. Any critique is welcome!

well its looking dark, very dark, like in a "cant see shit captain" kind of way.

Like Loted mentions, right now the scene is way to dark to clearly see what's going on. You should try to avoid 100% blacks in the scene. For example, take a look at how these images below are lit (which are using the same color scheme). Try to experiment with some more lightsources (pointlights) or even in the postprocess volume.
