Feedback needed on ZBrush creature

Hi everyone.
First time posting on here and was wondering if I could get some feedback on a creature design ive been working on? Could be anything - for example the anatomy, or overall design. Any suggestions will be much appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestions! Ive never heard of Pureref before and only just started using it - its awesome! I did have some reference but it was rather random. I have quite a bit to learn in terms of anatomy.

Agreed, get all the anatomy working based on your references and go from there
