Hi, I'm working on making a pirate character for a university project. Any help is appreciated.
You can probably ignore the feet, they are not done at all. Also the hands are a little broken right now.

So i've started to block out some clothes in Marvelous Designer. Pretty new to MD so its a bit of an experiment

I would fix up the hands before taking the model further as it is the base by which all your stuff will be made

I feel like the current face proportions are off.

Left: An analysis of a scan.
Right: Analysis of your model.

Also I think there should be a more apparent transition between the neck and traps.

I'd say the proportions need work. That is going to be the base for everything so you should give it some love.

I agree. Put the clothes on hold and go back to the proportions til they look right.

Hi, sorry for not posting. I had a deadline to stick to, so had to just get on with getting the character done, and didn't want to ask for feedback that i didn't have time to react to.
Anyway, after the comments here i made a lot of changes (hopefully the proportions look better now ) .
Here is where i am at right now, which is what i handed in for my university deadline. I've learnt a lot during this project and i am happy to have completed my first full character, even if it is far from perfect. I will be making a few changes over the next week or so, and then taking what i've learnt to start my next project.
