[PAID] 25 Low Poly Western 3D Models - $1000

Hi all,

looking for an environment artist / studio to produce a collection of 25 low polygon western 3D models (combination of buildings and props). Paying $1000, $200 in advance and then $200 X4 for milestones.

Standard for 3D models to follow Turbosquid StemCell standards: https://www.turbosquid.com/stemcell-3d-models?utm_source=TS_homepage

Models will be re-sold via Turbosquid rather than used for a specific project, so artist or studio will need to agree not to sell or otherwise use the assets. If work is of high quality will commission more using same format of X25 for $1000.

Photo references to work from will be provided for each 3D model.

Without more information as to the nature of these assets, it does sound like this doesn't quite hit the 'industry standard pay' (even allowing for non-western rates) mentioned in the guidelines.
