Oh my apologies..I somehow expected character gameplay animation to be MoCapped but if it's all hand keyed then gosh it IS impressive!!!

(A few studios like Ubisoft uses MoCAp for most of their ingame animations si O thought it was the case as well for this game..)

Thanks man.. Yeah, you're right! I did both the regular course and the animals & creatures course there, so I figured to drop it there as well

Appreciate that! It's hard to say the time frame since it was so spread out over the project.. But if I have to guess, about 3 to 5 months per robot from start to fully polished (and I mean the full set like movement, gestures, attacks, hit reactions etc)

Thanks dude.. If you're in the UK, I'm doing a talk at Animex about the process the end of this month. If not, hopefully I'll make it to GDC next year.. Have fun playing the game man!
